Modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour are serious violations of fundamental human rights. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly, and we expect the same high standards from the organisations we work with.
Although we are not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Act statement due to the size of our business, we believe it is important to outline our position clearly.
Our commitment
We oppose all forms of modern slavery and take reasonable steps to ensure it does not take place within our business or our supply chains.
Our aim is to work only with partners, suppliers, and service providers who share these values.
Our business and supply chain
As a Chartered Financial Planner, our operations are office-based and service-led.
We do not operate in sectors considered high-risk for modern slavery.
Our supply chain primarily includes regulated service providers, professional software tools, and standard office-related suppliers.
Even with this low risk, we remain vigilant and take a responsible approach to supplier selection.
Our expectations of suppliers
We expect suppliers and partners to:
- comply with all applicable laws relating to labour, human rights, and worker protection
- maintain fair employment practices
- ensure no forced, bonded, or involuntary labour is used
- promote safe and respectful working conditions
Where appropriate, we may seek confirmation that policies and safeguards are in place.
Raising concerns
If anyone connected with our business becomes aware of a potential issue relating to modern slavery or forced labour, we encourage them to raise it with us immediately. All concerns will be treated seriously.
Continual responsibility
We keep our practices under review and will update this statement if our operations or supply chain changes in a way that warrants additional steps.
